Deep learning I have performed deep learning algorithms on medical image data like Xray images. I have performed object detection in different type of data using different algorithm using python like car detection, car color detection, traffic cone detection, satellite images, pneumonia detection and for classification algorithms and different types of class project . i have experience of python library and model of detection e.g yolo, faster RCNN , CNN, etc Machine Learning i performed machine learning on gene expression data , in which selecting best genes for classification using different features reduction algorithms, and apply different machine learning models, like Support vector machine , Regression, K-nearest neighbor, Random forest, Naive Bayes Neural Network. Decision tree etc.. Bioinformatics I have an experience of working on state of the art bioinformatics tools and languages including R and python for performing different kinds of data analyses including feature(gene) extraction using machine learning, metatranscriptomic analysis, differential expression using limma gene meta, co-expression, gene set enrichment and transcription factor analysis.working on cytoscape, string database, protein protein intersection, network construction , WGCNA, similarity matrix, entropy calculation etc In my previous projects I have coded different pipelines for performing different statistical algorithms in R and python. I can draw any type of graphs, Data visualization , Data manipulation , machine learning projects, like using R and python i can also annotate any type of data used for object detection and provide you very fast delivery , car data set tagging, airplanes from satellite images, xray images, car color, numerical data, categorical data , humans, animals, traffic cone ,signs , digits, table,data for both pascal voc and yolo, i also provide services of Data entry, data manipulation, data merging i can code in R to deal with any type of data in excel or csv format
