Citrin Technologies were engaged in 2013 to build an internal self-assessment tool for the technology development team of one of Singapore’s major banks. For reason of commercial sensitivity, the name of the bank cannot be supplied. The engagement was managed and coordinated through Citrin technology’s strategic partner, ea consulting Group in South East Asia. The solution required a detailed requirements gathering exercise involving multiple stakeholders across the bank.
