I'm a QA Team Lead with extensive experience in software testing. My experience in Software development and project management includes duties pertaining to Quality Assurance, Requirement gathering, Daily Status Report, Unit Testing, Root Cause Analysis, Knowledge Transfer and so on. I am a M.Tech (IT) and also ISTQB certified tester. I am worked as QA Team Lead for around 10 years. This role requires me to understand process requirements, participating in end to end software Development Life Cycle, preparation and execution of test scenarios and cases, mapping client requirements, reviewing the functional requirement documents, conducting functional tests & analysis of reported defects and so on. I am solution oriented person who thrives in challenging, fast-paced environments where my performance directly impacts the bottom line. I believe that my strong back ground in IT combined with my extensive experience in planning, executing, monitoring and closing a variety of projects, makes me ideally suited to this role.
