I worked for over 20 years, mostly in a manufacturing environment. I spent 14 years in Production Maintenance either as a Supervisor or as IT support (EAM System Admin). I spent too many hours scheduling labor and ensuring that all local (and national) labor contract rules were followed. What started as a simple Access database for one department on the off shifts became the database for the entire hourly workforce (over 10,000 employees).
