I am an international marketing director with experience in over 100 countries and managing over a dozen brands at this very moment. My name is Brandon, and I turn hobbies into businesses and businesses into brands. A bit about me: I am an unconventional professional. I am a college drop-out whose entire career has been built in ways that are quite unorthodox and stunning even to myself when I reflect. All of my experience as a marketing expert has come from hiring experts in respective fields who have not lived up to my standards. Being that I have always operated in small, start-up-like environments, I haven't had unlimited resources in the form of time and money. This has led me to fire the specialists I previously hired and learning to do their job better than they did. Fast forward years later, and I've now been in rooms with global professionals at the top of their respective local industry teaching how they can brand both themselves and their companies better. In many respects, I have a long list of achievements that are phenomenal, be it MARKETING achievements like paid advertising CPC's at $0.01 many times over, SALES achievements like creating strategies to increase profits by 300%, BRANDING achievements like 2 international rebrands with the assets to match in a matter of months, OPERATIONAL achievements like identifying 70% cost savings, PROJECT MANAGEMENT achievements like conquering 90+ projects in a four-month period for one single company, or HUMAN RESOURCES achievements like hiring between 50-100 professionals in a course of 3 years. Now while that's all the good stuff about me, I am happy to discuss the flaws too. Integrity is one of my highest values, but it's not all about virtue when it comes to business. Virtue, yes, but also logic and common sense. I have no desire to puff myself up to earn a job I am not a fit for. That is absurd, as it is a waste of both party's time, and creates a negative relationship and experience. Therefore, just as much as I enjoy qualifying myself, I equally enjoy disqualifying myself swiftly and easily. As we review your requirements and I better understand your scope, I will tell you whether or not I believe I am the person for your job, and whether or not we can work within your budget. One of my most reputable qualities is brashness. Some, like my current employer, cherish it because they get insights and perspective they have never and will never get again. Others, like old girlfriends, would prefer to hear they don't look fat in that dress, and my integrity just doesn’t allow for lying. On a serious note, I do believe that I could be a great fit for your job.
