I taught for four years in the high school and college departments before I joined the BPO industry. I took calls for two years as a customer service agent, became a quality assurance analyst, and eventually worked for the same account as a product trainer. I write and edit articles, create PowerPoint presentations, teach/train, create modules, lead a team of agents, and conduct workshops for English.
