    Ryan's engineering knowledge is of the highest degree. He supplied a rapid solution for a problem that was holding up my entire project. This was a pleasant surprise as two other engineers were not able to overcome this problem for some time. He further presented a suggestion to improve a feature of another part that will save me money on injection mold tooling. Additionally, he suggested an added element that will be a real plus for my product's appeal to customers. Ryan's consistently quick and to the point communications provided me with a peace of mind that allowed me to focus on other necessary tasks. Communications with Ryan leave no doubt he is honest and a person with a great deal of integrity who possesses an excellent work ethic. My only disappointment is that I did not hook up with him sooner in my project.
