I provide precision 2D and 3D CAD design for industrial, mechanical, and structural projects of all types, from single mechanical components to full structural steel assemblies. Services include 2D drafting, 3D modeling, reverse engineering from physical parts or 3D scans, STL file conversion, assembly design, sheet metal design, technical drawings for manufacturing, structural detailing, and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for structural and mechanical validation.

I bring 10+ years of engineering experience, including specialized background in offshore wind foundation design (jacket, monopile, megapile structures) for projects in Germany with TenneT, working to DNV and Eurocode standards. This offshore-grade precision carries over into every project I take on, whether it's a simple bracket, a production part, a fabrication drawing, or a full structural assembly.

Proficient in SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Autodesk Inventor, and Vault, with experience converting rough sketches, hand drawings, 3D scans, or STL files into clean, manufacturing-ready CAD files. Comfortable running FEA studies to validate designs before fabrication.

Background: MSc Production Engineering & BSc Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science (Germany). MIEAust member, currently pursuing CPEng registration in Australia.

I work with fabricators, manufacturers, product designers, and engineering firms who need accurate, fast, standards-compliant CAD documentation. No project too small or too specialized, drawings, sketches, physical parts, or scan data can be shared through the project workspace, and I'll deliver clean, precise, validated CAD files ready for production or approval.
