About

Offshore-Grade Precision CAD & Mechanical Engineering, 2D/3D Design, FEA, Reverse Engineering, STL Conversion | SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Inventor

I'm a mechanical and structural engineer with 10+ years of experience designing industrial components and offshore steel structures. My background includes offshore wind foundation design in Germany — jacket, monopile, and megapile structures, working on projects with TenneT and applying DNV and Eurocode standards throughout.

I hold an MSc in Production Engineering and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science, both from Germany, and I'm a member of Engineers Australia (MIEAust), currently progressing through CPEng registration.

My work covers the full range of CAD and mechanical engineering needs: 2D drafting, 3D modeling, reverse engineering from physical parts or 3D scans, STL file conversion, assembly design, sheet metal design, manufacturing-ready technical drawings, structural detailing, and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for design validation.

I work in SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Autodesk Inventor, and Vault, and I'm comfortable taking rough sketches, hand drawings, or raw scan data and turning them into clean, accurate, production-ready files.

What sets me apart is the level of precision required in offshore engineering — where every calculation has real structural consequences — applied to everyday industrial and mechanical projects. Whether it's a single custom bracket or a full structural assembly, I bring the same rigor to every job.

I value clear communication, realistic timelines, and getting the technical details right the first time.

Work Terms

I respond to inquiries within 24 hours and confirm scope, deliverables, file formats, and timeline before starting.

Turnaround: 1–3 days for simple 2D/3D work; 5–10 days for full assemblies, structural detailing, or FEA, depending on complexity. A clear estimate is provided upfront.

Minor revisions are included; major scope changes are quoted separately.

Delivery formats: STEP, IGES, DWG, DXF, STL, or native SolidWorks/Fusion 360/Inventor files — please specify your preference.

Payment: milestone-based for larger projects, fixed-price for smaller ones. All work stays within the platform
