Working experience in design and development of water treatment plant for deionized water. Co-ordinate with process engineering team to create and update PFDs and P&IDs.
Proficient in engineering calculations, materials selections, and manufacturing processes.
I employ ASME Y14.5 GD&T in manufacturing drawings to ensure accuracy and precision during the manufacturing process.
I prioritize efficiency in my approach, aiming for swift design timelines and cost-effectiveness. I incorporate pre-existing manufactured parts and components sourced from various suppliers into my designs. This not only ensures economical execution but also proactively reduces redundant manufacturing expenses. I meticulously present all details, including material selection, Bill of Materials (BOM), and accessible links to sources.
