SUMMARY OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Product/system Design engineer with 12+ years (Total 13+ years) of experience in 3D modeling, detailing, design, and re-design of engineering products from concept to manufacturing.
Working experience on isolation valves such as Gate valve and Ball valves. Subsea Manifold and interconnection components such as Flanges/Fittings, Valves, BOP, XT Valve Blocks, Goosenecks & jumpers and Connectors for oil and gas projects.
Working experience in design and development of water treatment plant for deionized water.
Co-ordinate with process engineering team to create and update PFDs and P&IDs.
Preparing the skid assembly drawing, fabrication drawings and piping and tube routing as per P&IDs.
Sizing and selection of standard components such pumps, valves, and instrumentations.
Experience in working with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Knowledge of international standards and codes for oil field services like API, ASME/ ANSI, and ASME BPVC SECTION VIII Div 1.
Working experience in Solid works, Pro-E wildfire/Creo, UG-NX, Auto CAD, and CATIA. Team Center (TC), Windchill, ASME Y 14.5 GD&T.
Experience in BOM creation, working knowledge on PLM / engineering change management process like ECR and ECN.
Proficient in engineering calculations, materials selections, and manufacturing processes.
Perform simulations and analyses to validate and optimize designs.
Technically lead and/or execute engineering projects, handling a team of 3 members.

As a part-time freelancer, I allocate 30+ hours per week to my freelancing commitments.
