I have an extensive background in medical transcription while transcribing for an acute care facility with over 150beds with more than 20 different specialties. I am experience with acute care, er visits, SOAP notes, internal medicine, H&P reports, surgical procedures, and general practice. My turnaround time is expected to 24-48 hours. My pay rate that I require is 0.08cpl. I am also experienced with English as secondary language physicians who dictate throughout different specialties
