I am a mobile notary who works with a variety of title and signing companies. I notarize loan packages that include re-finances, reverse mortgages, HELOCs, purchase packages, loan modifications. I upload documents from the title or signing company sites, print the documents, review them, travel to the signers' and borrowers' meeting locations to present the documents to them, have them sign where needed, notarize, scan then ship the documents.
