We take care of all your changes for you so all you need to do is send us an email and we’ll get them done, usually within the same business day. ►SOFTWARE & SECURITY MAINTENANCE Each month we perform our maintenance service checklist to keep your website secure and running smoothly. This includes software updates, security scans, and website performance optimization. This includes content updates and changes as you send them. What you get with this Offer Services include: ►Weekly Website Checks -All pages on the front end of the website are loading without errors -Backups are performed weekly -Update Content Management System software and plugins -Check all forms to ensure they are working properly -Review and resolve any issues with emails sent from the web server -Check and remove spam comments, form submissions and user accounts -Malware removal -Priority Support ►Monthly Website Checks -Check for any broken links -Check for 404 errors and resolve these by fixing links or redirecting -Check website loading speed. If more than 3 seconds try to improve speed -Unlimited Website Changes (edit and tweaks to content) -Monthly Performance Report ►Examples of website changes that are billable and not covered under the website maintenance plans include*: -New Webpage Designs: Creation of web pages not based on the existing web page design of the site -Navigation restructuring or redesign: Extensive changes to the site’s navigation. -Extensive/complex photo retouching or manipulation -New site functionality: Shopping carts, news tickers, admin functions, etc. -Site Redesign -Interactive or animated features: Virtual tours, etc -Search Engine Optimization and PPC -Corporate Identity and logo creation or revisions -New content writing ** THIS IS A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION PACKAGE BILLED AT THE START OF EACH PERIOD. ►Can I cancel at any time? Absolutely.
