Bookat is a multi-vendor e-commerce platform which conveniently allows to shop across a wide range of categories like grocery, clothes, home and kitchen accessories all within a single app.

• Bookat brings the option of ordering food. Users can find their favorite restaurant and order food which will be delivered to the doorstep.
• Bookat introduces a feature “Farmer’s Zone”. Farmers can sell their products directly to the consumers by

eliminating the middleperson. This way farmers can remove the traditional retailers, who profited from adding

a markup to the price and also the customer can purchase products at a much less cost.

• Bookat works as multi- vendor franchisee. A set of pin codes form a zone and a collection of zones form a

franchisee. When a customer registers in the app and registers his/her location, based on the postcode

location he/she will be placed under a franchisee. Therefore his access to purchase products and order

food will be with the merchants who are categorized within that particular franchisee who will be near to that

customer’s location. As a result of this there is an added advantage of same day delivery. Also the delivery

date of the product can be scheduled as per the user’s need. This feature also makes Bookat distinctive.

• Even though Flipkart and Amazon includes majority of categories of product, “Fish & Meat” is not added in its

category. Bookat scores a point in this case. It includes this feature.
