10 years of experience that includes system administration in Windows 2000, 2003 server, Exchange 5.5 and 2003 server environments administering file, print, Blackberry, Symantec Ghostcast, Citrix, and Exchange servers. Performing server backups using Veritas Backup Exec, and installing software patches and updates. Experience working in a Windows desktop 2000, 2003, Active Directory environments, formal training in Cisco switch and router configuration and experience configuring and installing hardware in Cisco 2800 and 1800 series routers and 3700 series switches. Knowledge of Linux administration and two years of experience creating, modifying, and deleting user accounts in HP-UNIX environment. Experience providing in person, email and phone support and troubleshooting computers, laptops, printers, and servers and experience and knowledge of Linux, UNIX, and Mac operating systems. Experience with providing Blackberry and PDA support, PBX phone support and audio visual support.
