I have worked as a Customer Support Service Engineer position currently available at Liquid Telecom. I am confident that I am an excellent fit for any IT job/position given my extensive background, working as a Customer Support Engineer in the same organisation (Liquid Telecom), and as a Support Engineer and Cloud Administrator at Angani Limited. Having interacted with many customers in both industries, I believe that Customer Support is not only a driving force for a successful business but also for that that would like to have a strong retention capability in terms of its customers.
