I am an A1/V1 qualified NVQ Assessor / Internal Verifier. I have a background in work placed assessment both via paper and online portfolios of work. I have successfully helped candidates through NVQ and Modern Apprenticeships in the following subjects: Call Centre Operations, Customer Handling Operations, Customer Service, Administration and Training at levels 2 and 3. I have also successfully verified portfolios for the same subjects and passed files for certification via Edexcel.
