In 2011 i received Training where i was exposed to Quickbooks Software; entering checks, setting up payroll and inventory were some of the many things I dealt with. Following that i worked as an Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper my duties included the preparation and distribution of payment vouchers and invoices, tallying salaries, managing ingoing and outgoing daily transactions and keeping an inventory of stocks. Presently i am employed as an Office Assistant. My duties include; Calculation of timesheets, preparation and distribution of Payment vouchers, preparation, The use of Quickbooks Premier to track and log company accounts and distribution of invoices, preparation and submission of; Social Security, Stablization Levy, Accommodation Tax and Tourism Levy Forms
