With over 25 years experience as a customer service agent writing insurance for small businesses and construction contractors I have become very detailed oriented, learned how to prioritize and manage my time, and operate with a high level of accuracy.

I can translate all of these skills into accurate data entry and virtual assisting with various administrative tasks. I work in a high energy customer service field that emphasizes the client is the highest priority. This is how I'm going to manage my virtual assistant business.
