Over the last 12 years while working in an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant positions I have found a special niche in implementing and creating reporting mechanisms using the advanced features of Word, Excel, ACT! & QuickBooks. I have gone into numerous different organizations and created reporting functions that allowed me to use my advanced knowledge of the above mentioned software programs and also add my creative flare, which allowed for both functional and user friendly reporting mechanisms and templates. Many of these reporting mechanisms were then later adopted by Corporate and used in multiple different offices across the country.
In addition one of my strongest attributes that I can bring to a company is not only reporting mechanisms for businesses, but also evaluating current administrative processes and procedures.
