I will be graduating with my A.A.S. in marketing/mid-management in May 2011. I have performed various types of customer service over the last 18 years. Some of them in a call center or office setting and others in a retail setting. My experience includes incoming and outgoing calls, 5 years of experience researching and updating information in database management, and handling mass mail services. I am proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. I also have exerience working with Quicken.
My strengths are my ability to stay focused on the tasks at hand and stay organized. I can complete any task within the given time frame, or before, with great accuracy and quality. I am great with multi-tasking and time management.
