Canadian born, native English speaker with a university B.A. and a post-graduate certificate. Excellent written and spoken English. I have my TEFL certification. I have been teaching English as a foreign language for the past eight years at a rural school in Costa Rica. Classes are fun and creative. Students like my classes so much they voluntarily come to classes offered during Christmas and summer vacations! Graduates have been repeatedly told their accent is good and they are more advanced than their peers from other schools. I also offer private and semi-private lessons to high school and university students wishing to brush up in particular areas. Additionally, I have experience teaching English privately to adults wishing to further their second language skills.
