Hi, my name is Diana Muchoki, and I am an expert in service delivery and operations management. 

I hold a degree in Business and Information Technology and have nearly 10 years of experience working with companies across various industries, including tech, marketing, and customer service.

Currently, I work at Influx, a remote CS BPO based in America. 

My role involves managing CS teams across different time zones in the Americas, Asia, Europe, and Africa to provide both voice and non-voice customer support, as well as back-office admin support, to client companies in the US, Europe, and Australia. The clients that I serve come from diverse industries such as e-commerce, tech, health, and many others. 

I am also an expert in business operations management at a start-up, where I worked closely with the CEO to establish the company as a profitable venture. My role was dynamic and multifaceted, From managing administrative tasks to cultivating sales leads, overseeing client accounts, processing orders, handling procurement and logistics, to implementing efficient systems – I was deeply involved in every aspect of the organization's growth journey.
