Project management, applying Project Management methodology, acting as PMO for key projects, applying Agile techniques, searching for efficiencies including operational KPIs management, customer relationship management (CRM) to improve communications and financial results. Promote activities and methodologies to support the improvement of business results with different tools such as: • Support and facilitate activities for the identification of improvement opportunities (integration activities, Kaisens, Visual Management, Problem Solving, Gemba Walks, LEAN thinking) • Focus on achieving operational efficiency to achieve best practices by managing process improvement projects. Support and coordination in project planning, communication, change management and compliance. • Support the area in the review of variables, establishment of management indicators required to guide and motivate the behaviors of those responsible in the process and monitor the evolution of the effectiveness of the improvements to be implemented. • Support the leaders of Internal Control areas and monitor the impact of the implemented initiatives.
