Debbie’s strengths-based focus on development of people and organizations has been the foundation of her success in a 20+ year career in business and university settings. Highly skilled in program management and organizational development, she has a passion for working on teams that create sustainable and successful ventures. Debbie possesses strong analytical and problems solving skills as well as knowledge of budgets and finance. Her experience includes creating the Master of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) program at the University of Pennsylvania. As associate director, she managed the highly successful program for the first seven years. During that time she also worked on the team that founded the International Positive Psychology Association, co-chairing the First World Congress on Positive Psychology with more than 1500 attendees.
