Skills: Price varies per project; willing to negotiate terms. • Proficient in performing feasibility analysis for projects in support of talent management goals which includes but is not limited to providing advice and guidance for problem resolution, successful process improvement implementation, program management, and policy interpretation concerns in accordance with program policies and objectives. • Proficient in identifying specific project goals, objectives, and determining the work, resources, and methodology necessary to complete projects. This includes but is not limited to working collaboratively with Systems Redesign, Quality Management, Medical Center Directors, Chiefs of Service Lines, and Directors of Service Lines on Black Belt projects to ensure Patient Access. • Responsible for developing, implementing and analyzing data requirements for planning and measurement systems. • Responsible for tracking / monitoring data to ensure compliance with national federal policy, administrative procedures, Department of Veterans Affairs regulations, and statutes. • Analyze data to determine trends, potential problem areas with regard to progress of work, requests for changes, delays in performance and possible termination actions. • Proficient in educating staff on daily, monthly, or weekly reports and expectations to promote productivity, reliability, accountability. • Implements development strategies for job analyses in which identify appropriate levels of knowledge, skills, and ability for the development of necessary recruitment and placement of internal and external candidates. • Exceptional in oral communication sufficient to provide advice on the appropriate steps in procedure processes with knowledge of federal laws, such as HIPAA, OIG regulations, OSHA regulations, and rules as they change. • Efficient in policy development/ implementation, competency development/ implementation, memorandum development/ implementation, and strategic planning. • Exceptional in CRM / dashboard data base navigation for distribution of work, performance audits for educational purposes, and to ensure Veteran access is outstanding. Data base utilization ensures performance measures and facility measures are met daily, monthly, and weekly.
