Products need goals and far too often the goals teams leave out are the profit goals. Sometimes they are included but they are high-level goals based only on what the industry defines as successful. In reality every product is different and the financial goals need to be developed in conjunction with the product's design.

I can also work with your various teams to provide suggestions to how you can meet your goals with secondary strategies. What I call secondary strategies are things you can do outside of your product to help it succeed. Sales, special marketing promotions, partnerships, and special deployment schedules are some examples.
