Strong litigation (plaintiff and defense) experience in both State courts and Federal courts. Also have family law experience in Florida.  Most of my experience is in medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death. I have also worked in class action lawsuits (breast implants, tobacco litigation, pharmaceutical).
