25+ years Experienced Paralegal
I have 25+ years experience as a paralegal in civil litigation and family law. I am tenacious, determined and love litigation work. I have worked on both sides of the fence - plaintiff and defense. Most of my experience is in personal injury, medical malpractice, civil tort litigation, and family law. I've worked in Federal courts and local courts.
Currently, my husband and I are a real estate team with Sotheby's International Realty. Because I love litigation and dissecting the cases, I also do freelance paralegal work. It keeps me happy!
Work Terms
I'm flexible and can work when you need it, as you need it.
Payment terms are: pay weekly or at conclusion of job, if less than a week.
I have a fast turn around time on most items.
I need a copy of the complaint, answer, substantive motions and most discovery in order to help with digging deep into the discovery and evidence to find what you need.
