For the past few years, I have worked within the payroll department on cruise ships. Taking care of 600-800 employees at the same time, handling the payroll administration, the actual payout as well as any payroll discrepancies. The actual department only consisted of me and an assistant, developing skills such as multi tasking, flexibility, working under pressure as well as customer service skills. I have worked with different programs, mainly Microsoft and Fidelio.
