I have 2 years experience designing electronics. Primarily i designed low power electronics as my primary job, however i have experience with PWM modulators and DCDC converters. I have spent the last two years working with Nordics excellent nRF BLE/ANT SoCs, I have also worked a extensively with Atmels Smart ARM MCUs' and their 8-bit AVRs. I previously ran a low volume assembly line for 6 months, handling SMT, Reflow and manual soldering. Also I have worked on site in an SMT factory in China, and keep contacts in Shenzhen, with the ability to source components from the Chinese market, and do mass production runs of electronics. All my embedded software experience is in C using the ARM-MDK compiler or GCC. Main skills; PCB Design - supplied as Gerbers, with all associated manufacturing files. Optoelectronics - Mostly portable devices using Cree LEDs. Low power portable BLE devices. DC DC conversion.
