• Possess 8 years of IT Experience, which includes PeopleSoft Experience in customization and Support of the PeopleSoft HRMS (Administer Workforce, Self Service,Position management, Compensation ,TAM, Base Benefits,Eprofile,Eperformance,Payroll modules and Tax & banking modules). • Worked in Singapore for BNP Paribas bank to handle HRMS System for SGP, JPN, HKG countries in APAC region. • Worked in Singapore for NTUC Fair price to handle HRMS system for the Employees of NTUC Fair price. • Worked in onsite at GE, USA on H1 VISA to handle payroll and billing project. • Customer interaction to understand the new requirements or fixes. • Analyzing the new requirements or enhancements as per user requirement. • Technically proficient in performing module design, Interfacing, conversion and Report Writing based on organizational needs using Application designer,SQR, Application Engine, BI Publisher ,Excel to CI, People Code, File layouts ,component interface,PS query ,PMU and various People tools. • Worked on HRMS modules Core HRMS, Payroll module, e-profile. • Working Knowledge on Global Payroll module. • Worked on many ADP delivered interfaces in Tax module. • Involved in upgrading PeopleSoft HRMS from 8.8 to 9.1. • Expertise in developing new enhancements, troubleshooting problems and doing impact analysis in PeopleSoft applications. • Strong back end experience in writing SQLs. • Good Conceptual understanding of PeopleSoft Applications. • Good communication, Interpersonal, Analytical and problem solving skills. • Process-oriented, with a high delivery orientation, effective team player and an individual contributor with steep learning curve.
