I decided to leave the corporate world because of the long hours of travel, traffic and it's not helping me financially anymore. As I begin a new chapter in my life I want to venture to a more challenging phase as a PROFESSIONAL VIRTUAL ASSISTANT. Working for over 20 years in a food business company molded to different roles in the industry. Started as a data encoder for a loyalty card program. Made clerical and sales promotion jobs. Eventually became an Executive Assistant. It takes a lot of work to achieve this position. Coordination, organization and time management are the qualities that I possess. I am very efficient and effective in doing my job. When I became a Supervisor for Traffic in the Marketing department my job set off to more challenging. Engaging to different people in and outside the company made me realize that I can do more. Monitoring daily job orders, discussing with my team about the status of different projects, preparing and submitting costings, updating each project daily are a few of the many responsibilities that I handle. I collaborate with Brand managers on how to make their product encourage more customers. I am very organized, trustworthy, reliable, and very focused on my job. I am trainable and learn fast.
