Phone support/Data Entry Experience

I am a trained Customer Service expert as Agent executive/Supervisor with 12 years experience with inbound and outbound calling. I have worked in 4 telecommunications call centers where I have learn that customer service is the ROOT in every company.

I am highly determined, keen, polite individual with great communication skills, maintain focus by setting goals and reaching them. My motto (QUALITY work though great CUSTOMER SERVICE). I LOVE what I do.

I am also experienced with collections and transferring customer to the various departments as well as being a Data Entry Specialist for 4 years. I am dedicated to giving my BEST at whatever project is handed to me.

I love the fast paced environment where deadlines are a priority and handling multiple jobs simultaneously is a requirement. I enjoy a challenge.
