Italian man poses for photo moments before falling to his death

An Italian man posed for a smiling, loved-up photo with his girlfriend — just moments before he plunged up to 650 feet to his death while trying to grab a dropped cellphone, according to reports.

Andrea Mazzetto, 30, snapped the shot Saturday with live-in lover Sara Bragante while climbing Altar Knotto, a rock in his hometown Rotzo named because of its likeness to an altar.

The couple shared regular Instagram stories of their hike and climb before Mazzetto fell to his death.Newsflash 

Before he fell to his death, Andrea Mazzetto had regularly posted about his Saturday adventure with girlfriend Sara Bragante. 

Mazzetto had regularly posted shirtless photos to Instagram, where he also expressed his love for the girlfriend who would later witness him fall to his death. 

Initial reports said he was trying to get his girlfriend’s phone, but police later told local media that it was Mazzetto’s own phone that fell.
