  2. Comparing Nozzle allowable loads on equipment in line with stress analysis result
  3. Deciding number, location and orientation of Platform Ladders on equipment in accordance with maintenance and operability requirement
• Piping – Civil Interface
  1. Loading data on Concrete and Structural members like Pipe racks, Sleepers as a result of stress analysis
  2. Culvert design by civil in accordance with pipe size and rout
  3. Clash check between Piping and Civil services like storm drain, sewer network, oily water network
• Piping – HSE Interface
  1. Equipment safety distance while deciding equipment location on Plot plan
  2. Number and location of fire extinguishers, hydrants, monitors
• Piping – Instrumentation & Control
  1. Preparation of “Instrument location Plan” based on coordinates and elevation of instruments in Piping Layouts
  2. Preparation of “Instrument Hook up” drawings indicating battery limit between Piping and I&C

  1. Development of “Electrical Hazardous Layout” based on leakage points in piping network in accordance with Piping Layouts
• Clash check between Piping and Electrical services like cable tray and trenches
