Speciality in specification activities pertaining to Onshore/Offshore Oil & Gas field, personal care product plants, advance pyrolysis plants, breweries & distilleries etc Over all Skill sets:- • Fully conversant with piping codes, standards and practices followed internationally like NORSWK, ASME, ASTM, API, BS, IS, MS. • Piping (PMS) & valve material specification (VMS) for metallic, non-metallic & hygienic piping. • Pipe & Fitting MTO, Valve MTO. • Design calculations like pipe thickness, mitre bend calculations. • Basic material & gasket selection. • Handle complete cycle for valves (From VMS to Procurement OF Valves) • Preparing Material specifications in P-Spec & VPRM Software, troubleshooting for PDMS/PDS Errors, generation of files which are interlinking with PDS/PDMS. • Material requisitions and purchase order for pipes, flanges, fittings, valves, gasket, SM items. • Maintain procurement status for Piping MTO & valve MTO • Maintain Vendor log for Piping Items PO & Valve PO • Prepare excel specification database and total MTO for small bids & Proposals. • Commercial bid evaluation and costing for Proposals. • Speciality item specifications and SM Items datasheet. • Insulation MTO, Painting MTO. • Technical bid evaluation and Technical bid analysis for Piping components like elbow, flange, pipe, gasket ,valves & speciality items like strainer, steam trap, hoses etc. • Vendor drawing review & approval for valve and speciality items. • Checking licensor requirements & recommendations. • For requisitions, enquiry and purchase Co-ordination with Project and Procurement Dept., with Vendors. • MTO and Extraction of Bill of Material through E-Marian (SP-MAT). • MTO and Extraction of Bill of Material through VPRM Software. • PDMS data transfer files for PDMS Modelling by using VPRM. • BM Sheets to procurement through Top-BM Software. • Bill of quantity P&ID wise for Valve. • Mainly for offshore projects, prepare weight data report for all piping components.
