3D BIM Modelling of existing conditions

Recreation of existing buildings in virtual BIM environments using your old blueprints, PDF or point cloud scan files ready to go for your next design, rehabilitation or extension. The scope of the service once discussed with the client, could be one or a combination of the following:

  • Archicad or Revit model
  • 3D Model based on Point Clouds scans
  • 3D Model based on 2D CAD, PDF and images floor plans and elevations

The BIM files comply with the latest ISO 19650 standards of notation and naming conventions.

There are three tiers of delivery of the model, according to the needs of your design:

  • LOD 200: It means the model includes generic representations of walls, roofs, slabs, stairs, doors and windows, with approximate sizes and shapes, and a general indication of placement.
  • LOD 300: The model is represented as designed, and the building elements can be measured.
  • LOD 400 The building elements are graphically represented within the model with detail sufficient, nearly close to the as-constructed situation.
