Client meeting through audio/video call discussing the looks, wardrobe, mood they're aiming for this shoot. If he/she can present reference images or have their own moodboard ready e.g. Pinterest. that is even better for understanding.
If not created, then develop moodboard & shot list from reference images.
Meetup on shoot day and complete the photoshoot as planned & discussed.
Editing phase begins once the shoot is completed & delivered 21 business days from the day of the shoot, or 14 business days minimum.
