As the founder and Principal Developer at ADESSO Consulting, Giorgio has experience in diverse industries, ranging from Engineering, Scientific, Production and Financial. He has successfully consulted as an independent IT Professional for over 20 years. His attention to detail, strong problem solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with both clients and end users has always generated positive and enduring partnerships. Giorgio holds a B.Sc. degree from UCT and an Associate Coaching Certificate from the UCT Graduate School of Business, Centre for Coaching. The most recent project, was the design, development, implementation and maintenance of a database application for the servicing department of an SME holding the sole distribution rights for AVISION scanners for the whole of Africa. This system was designed to integrate seamlessly with an existing third party, web based, ticketing system, allowing clients to monitor the progress of the service. Internally, the 'Spares Inventory', associated technical drawings, 'Job Cards' and historical data associated to previous servicing, are presented on demand. Prior to this, Giorgio developed, designed and maintained financial packages with complex interest calculations which were successfully audited by two major international auditing firms ( PwC Price Waterhouse Cooper & Deloitte Touche ) for the duration of the 20 year life cycle of the projects.
