As a designer, I'm hyperfocused on using design and design process to help companies achieve their business goals. I introduced design sprints during my time at Unata, shifting the design process from being more isolated to being more collaborative. Bringing Engineering, PMs & other stakeholders into the design process. As a freelancer I've worked with and helped clients to build and launch some wonderful products. I helped Inkworkshops, I helped them with design, strategy and marketing strategy to launch the very first online learning website for tattoo artists. I also designed the e-commerce experience for Pierced so that customers would be able to purchase body jewelry for themselves easily online.
