I have 2.5 years of experience working as a product manager where I helped to launch 70+ successful digital products to the market with the following main responsibilities:

• Product conceptualization: Participate in product Ideation, planning, designing (wireframing) and breakdown features that need to be built on a product (creating product backlog)

• Work with the design and Dev team to ensure UX design is in line with the needs and the features of a product being built

• Project Management: Leading projects, managing and coordinating different teams (Dev team, design team etc,), monitoring progress, identifying obstacles and developing contingency plans

• Product testing, troubleshooting and implementing corrective measures before launching the product

• Monitoring the overall performance of the product and managing expected deliverables

• Conduct research, set product vision and implement new operational tools and processes to accelerate and streamline product delivery and user experience

• Manage the stakeholders (Partners ): Liaise with the different partners assigned to me and the company and provide updates on the project and any emerging issues

I'm conversant with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban that I have used in my previous work experiences.
