— Responsible for full product development cycle (define problems, prioritize features and tasks for the product, research, design solutions, launch, analyze results)
— Work closely with users via analytics to deeply understand, document, analyze, and synthesize user needs into product priorities, roadmap plans, and detailed specifications
— Collaborate with all team for gathering requirements to ship new, impactful features (website, dashboard)
— Collaborate with all stakeholders & Data Scientists
— Launch A/B testing for website pages and measure results that will have impact on conversion
— Helping SEO team to implement linkbuilding strategy
— Define KPI’s for projects and measure success and change over time
— Manage the definition of User Stories and Story Acceptance Criteria in partnership with the Agile
Team.
— Work with team to define the definition of ready/done.
— Manage User Story prioritization.
— Manage the Team Backlog (adding new stories or removing stories no longer applicable to the release.)
— Responsible for working product without bugs
— Facilitate daily Agile team meetings, sprint planning, sprint review and retrospective meetings.
— Provide expertise in estimation and planning: create useful, reliable and practical plans for data analytics and experimental design.
— Help team or individual to clarify goals and actions to achieve them.
— Shield the team from outside distractions and interferences.
— Track obstacles, and resolve obstacles after or outside the daily standup meeting itself. (Conflict resolution)
