I have been working in the call center industry for over 6 years now and I've been to different fields. I have a experience in both handling phone calls and emails. I have very strong written and verbal communication skills and I am very keen to every detail and procedure. I've worked as a Market Research Interviewer where I do outbound calls to households and businesses all over the US to conduct surveys of different studies. I've worked very well as an interviewer and is very successful in completing surveys and hitting quotas. Because of this, I was promoted as a Quality Assurance Supervisor where I was tasked to monitor calls, to ensure overall quality, coach agents and transcribe mispronounced words. I've been working as an email specialist for over 2 years now. My duties include responding to customer inquiries such as membership status, payment, ship dates, tracking information for packages, return requests and existing order questions. I was promoted as a Subject Matter Expert. I manage the team whenever the team Supervisor's not around and attend to team members’ queries and helps in resolving conflicts. Later on, I was promoted again to be a Training Specialist. I am responsible for training new hires on the the account's workarounds and procedures. Developed measurable training objectives related to new hire needs. I'm very hardworking, flexible and I can do my job with minimal supervision.
