I've been with the BPO industry for almost 10 years. I started as a Data Analyst where I answered queries from different doctors and insured health members via email. After a couple of months, I was promoted as a Trainer where I supported all New Hires and do product training and all other training related concerns. Being the most experienced Trainer in our Project, I was then promoted to Training Lead where I supervised and coached Trainers. After giving birth to my second child, I decided to stop working to be a stay-at-home mom to fully supervise my kids and to try my luck in Online Jobs. +Good Level of reading and writing English +Self motivated professional with well developed project management and IT skills combined with a flexible attitude to work. +A critical thinker with strong analytical skills +Able to follow processes + Computer Literate +Good organisational skills developed in a variety of deadline orientated situations. +Get on well with people at all levels, easily making good working relationships. +Have good presentation skills combining sound analytical research and clear verbal explanation. +Seek out new responsibilities irrespective of reward and recognition. +Strong interpersonal skills – Ability to communicate with co-workers and clients +Strive for quality in everything I do. +Can work even without supervision
