    I was under the gun to get something finished another programmer had started and couldn't finish. Even though Roy hadn't worked with some of the component software before, he still managed to get it done on time, and left it in better shape than when he found it, all while responding quickl and treating us fairly. We are very pleased with the results; it turned out better that we expected.
