First of all, I want to say that I have worked with a lot of developers and development teams. Dean is by far the best that I have experienced to date. Communication I believe is the most important thing during the deadline and time crunch of a project. His communication was outstanding! I also loved the work he did. I hava had developers come in, and implement a solution, but just leave it plain text, and not use CSS. Dean took the time to make sure all text and colors matched as well. Dean also brought up new ideas on how to make the website better, which is a plus to get a good developers opinion. I will be hiring Dean for the rest of the projects we need completed, and I recommend him to ANYBODY on Guru.com over anybody I have previously worked with. He is the best I have found.
