As an application architect, developed and maintained application architectural standards for all software development projects, including, designing solutions for maintaining Section 508 and W3C accessibility standards and security of data. Duties included overall management of such development systems and assisting in contract oversight of software contractors. Code reviews are practiced to ensure architectural standards are being maintained. Projects involved analyzing and time estimating, developing OO design models. Projects were planned in Microsoft Project, designed using Microsoft Visio, and implemented in C#.NET 4.0, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework or Linq2Sql, JavaScript / JQuery, HTML5, CSS3 and T-SQL in an Agile / SCRUM SDLC environment. Test driven development was implemented. Front-end accessibility testing was performed using JAWS screen reader. Architected solutions for Section 508 and W3C accessibility standards of training courses in Lectora using external objects designed in JavaScript, CSS and HTML. Developed Web Services that implement HTTP transfer of EDI Medicaid eligibility information. Administer user permissions and security groups in a Windows 2012 / 2008 Server and Windows 7 network using Active Directory. Administration of the Microsoft Team Foundation Server TFS and SourceSafe programmer’s database. Developed reports using Business Objects and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). Financial datafeed cache for New York banks using Visual C++, MFC, COM/DCOM. Numerous client/server applications using SQL Server, Sybase, and Access as the backend and Visual C++, Visual Basic, VB.NET, Access, PowerBuilder, Infomaker and Crystal Reports as frontends.
