I am a Proposal Coordinator by career. I have over 20 years' experience in the hi-tech, engineering fields. • Direct the layout, formatting, design, and presentation of proposals. • Developed knowledge library for Industrial proposals for Canada, which includes CVs, Project Profiles, Short 1 paragraph staff bios. • Lead and support the proposal process including scoping, careful review, production and timely delivery of the finished product against established deadlines; escalating issues as required • Organizes and coordinates proposal resources (project management/technical team input, proposal support, and graphics/print teams) and ensures completion of all assignments, review of all work, and adherence to internal best practices and quality control objectives. • Customize resumes and promotional material to respond to individual proposal needs. • Assist in the graphic design and content of marketing material, including service brochures, project profiles, presentations, award nomination submissions, and advertisements using Adobe Creative Suite software (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
